Phoenix has the most beautiful green eyes; she is about 3 years old. Phoenix was brought into a shelter with severe demodex (aka mange) which is not contagious and is being treated, and will need to undergo treatment for heartworm. She was malnourished, and this, along with her heartworm and demodex, led to other health issues: parasites, hookworms and enlarged lymph nodes.

Our vets report she is already feeling more comfortable after her demodex treatment and her personality is starting to come out.

It’s clear that, throughout her life, Phoenix has not received the love and care she should have. She really needs your healing thoughts, prayers, donations and jingles.
