Harry is a one year old, weighing 49lbs. Harry was rescued from the Bahamas where he was living on the streets. He is heartworm positive and will have to treatment that the rescue will provide. Harry is affectionate with everyone but seems to bond quickest with females. Harry needs some training. He is smart, but needs a "rescue savvy" family that can be firm with boundaries so he doesn't try to control the situation. For these reason we are not recommending a home with children. Harry has done ok with dogs, but he prefers to be the center of attention. His perfect home would be with adults as the only pet. With routine and training, Harry will learn quickly he is no longer a 'street dog'.
