6 year old Lab Raven came from a local shelter. He had been fighting a very serious skin condition when picked up by animal control. GRRSWF has continued to treat his medical issues and his skin is improving dramatically. It is not known however whether his fur will ever grow back in the areas that were affected. Despite all of his challenges, Raven is full of fun-loving spirit. He has perfect house manners and is potty trained. He is fine to be left alone while his foster parents are at work. He loves to play, but can also settle down. He is very friendly to everyone he meets. He did not test well with cats, but we recently learned he loves to play with dogs. He barks when someone is at the door, but then greets them politely when they enter. He is such a great dog looking for a family to love!
