Foster update 8-28-12: Afton's foster family reports that this sweet girl does not have one bad habit. She loves her walks and is already looking thinner. She does not get on the furniture and prefers to sleep on the tile. Although she is not a fan of storms, she just finds a quiet place to wait for it to pass.  She is one loving, happy golden!

Afton is an owner surrender.  Due to their work schedules they are away too much for Afton to be properly cared for.  She is a very loving, very calm 9 year old girl who just wants to be with her people.  She is mildly thunderphobic but is fine as long as she can be with a person.  She is good with dogs and cats, but if outside will chase wild critters. Afton has also lived with children. Afton will make someone a beautiful, loving companion.
