Dudley was surrendered to GRRSWF by his owner due to financial circumstances. He came back to us after being adopted for just three months. Originally Dudley came from the Lee County Shelter and no information is known of his past. We do suspect he did not come from ideal circumstances. Dudley is an alpha male who will require strong leadership from his adopter. He has resource guarding issues involving food, toys and water and will need someone to help him work through these issues. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced adopter who will work with him and seek the necessary training. The rescue is willing to provide some support for future training. Dudley would love to have a job, something to do which will help him burn energy and fill his day. Potentially he would do well on a farm, but most importantly he needs the right owner. Dudley is an absolute barrel of fun, loves to play and will become deeply bonded to his new person. He is also very affectionate. If you have experience managing a bossy dog, Dudley could be the prefect dog for you. Dudley deserves a good home and needs someone to respect, love and guide him to acceptable behavior.
