PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Nicky's somewhat fragile condition we are going to leave him in foster care for at least until after the first week of January.  We will evaluate his condition at that time and decide when best to release him for adoption.

Nicky is an incredibly beautiful young male.  He comes from very sad circumstances however where he was tied to a post on a very short lead and left there until animal control rescued him.  It has left it's mark.  He is very fearful of everyone, but I do believe he will come out of it once he is in a stable loving home where he will feel safe and loved.  He was getting comfortable with the transpoter and was getting trustful enough to let him pet and get close to him, but it will take some time for him let the walls down. He would benefit most from a loving touch.  He is also UTD on vax.  He is faintly HW+.  He is chipped.  He is under-weight and really needs a lot of TLC.
