Andi is a beautiful 17 month-old boy.  Due to no fault of his own we have gotten Andi back since his family is splitting up  If you remember we originally got him when his original owner realized that apartment life was not the best thing for him and loved him enough to want him to have the best possible life.

Andi came to us on 09/15/10 and will need to be neutered before he goes to his forever home. He is healthy and current on all his vaccines.

Andi is a typical puppy who needs lots of exercise and attention. He will need to go to a home with a fenced yard and a family that has plenty of time for him. He is a very sweet boy who wants to please you and be close to you. He rides beautifully in the car, though he would like to be a co-pilot instead of a back seat passenger so a doggie seat belt will be a good idea.

He is crate trained but doesn't like to be left alone initially. His former owner tells us that he cries for the first 10-15 minutes that he's left but does well after that. He is largely housebrokenand only has accidents when his people don't recognize his signals - his foster family will be working to help him be clear about his needs. It will be best if his forever home is in a position to have someone home with him most of the time for the first weeks/months so that he can be let out often; he can be crated when they are not home.

Andi does great with other dogs and with cats. He likes everyone and is going to be a great addition to some lucky family. Please note that the cat in the attached video loves to play with the dogs in this fashion and both he and Andi are having a great time.

This dog is currently in one of our wonderful Foster Homes for evaluation and lots of love. All of our dogs stay in their Foster Homes for a minimum two week evaluation period, then remain there until their Forever Home finds them.

All GRRSWF dogs have undergone an full examination by a veterinarian and any health concerns have been addressed. All dogs are current on vaccines, have been tested for heartworm and intestinal parasites, and are provided with monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives for the duration of their time with us.
