This is our new boy, Travis who comes to us from a local shelter. What a darling little boy! We’re guessing he's around a year old and our vet agrees that he’s 10 to 14 months. He's got a puppy vibe about him and doesn't look fully filled out. He has a super disposition, very sweet and friendly, and seems quite smart. He just got neutered, and is ready to go to his Foster Home for evaluation.
The photos don't do him justice, that's for sure! This little wiggleworm wouldn't hold still long enough for our volunteer to get good shots.
We’ll post more information as his Foster Home learns more about him and what sort of Forever Home would best suit him.
Travis came to us on 03/21/10 and will soon be going to one of our wonderful foster homes for evaluation and lots of love. All of our dogs stay in their foster homes for a minimum two week evaluation period, then remain there until their forever home finds them.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs but live outside our usual area of operations, please us know as soon as possible; this will allow us to ascertain whether we have volunteers in your area who would be able to assist in processing your application, and may save you from completing an application that we might be unable to process. Unfortunately, there are some locations that we are simply unable to cover. Much as we would like to, we are unable to work with families on the East coast of Florida as we do not have sufficient representation in that area to perform home visits prior to the adoption, or follow-up visits afterward.
