Max II is a 3 year old boy whose former owner was unable to keep him. He is neutered and current on his vaccines.

Max II is very playful and fun. He was a little toy possessive, but his foster home is working on that with him. What a beautiful boy he is.

Max II is currently in one of our wonderful foster homes for evaluation and lots of love.

UPDATE 08/12/09: We have just learned that Max is in need of bilateral hip replacements due to severe hip dysplasia. This young man deserves a chance to be pain free for life, and we intend to give him that. Max will be moved to a foster home specializing in post-operative care and rehabilitation, and will undergo the first hip replacement on August 26.

Following his recovery period of 3-4 months, he will have the other hip replaced. The costs for these two major orthopedic procedures will be high and Max is in desperate need of sponsors to help cover the much needed surgeries.

Due to the length of time that Max II is going to be in our care for these medical procedures, we are currently not accepting applications for his adoption. He will be available for adoption only after his surgeries and recuperation periods.
