Dewey LOVES other dogs and truly thrives in the company of canine companions. In fact, he needs a dog friend in his new home to help him build confidence and keep him company. Because Dewey isn’t yet used to walking on a leash, he’ll need a securely fenced yard where he can safely play and explore while he learns at his own pace. He’s still working on potty training, so a patient and understanding family will help him continue to make progress.

Dewey can be shy at times, especially with new people and environments, so he’d do best in a quieter home with children over 12. Once he warms up, he’s a total cuddlebug who loves curling up in your lap and soaking up all the love.
