Charlie just turned one and came into rescue when the owner realized she did not have the time for his energy level. He is high energy! He knows sit, stay, come, down and off. He is potty and crate trained. He will eat things he should not, like tissue and get into anything he can reach. He is non-stop but crashes at night. He likes to swim and his fosters feel he could do agility or dock diving. He is good with children, but most families with children will be too busy to handle his energy. Plus childrens toys and items left out will be an issue for Charlie. Charlie is good with dogs but wants ALL the attention and inserts himself into every situation for petting.  He steals all the toys and can get rough in play for older dogs. We believe he should be the only dog to get all the attention but might consider other dogs if the dog is submissive and doesn't care to take a back seat to Charlie. Charlie is not a dog for seniors, he needs a young strong athletic owner!

A 6ft fence will be needed for Charlie.
