Thor and Loki are littermates and 11 months old. They are highly energetic, pull on a leash and need training. They also jump on counters, chew and will run away  if given the chance. They will be adopted together. They have not been tested with cats. After their vetting is complete, GRRSWF will be contacting families on our wait list. 

All GRRSWF dogs have undergone a full examination by a veterinarian, and any health concerns have been addressed. If you live OUTSIDE of our service area and are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please note that we will only consider an application for senior dogs (over the age of 8) or dogs with special needs (usually medication).  BEFORE submitting your application, send an email to info@GRRSWF.org to request an exception to our service area. If that approval is given, you will be asked to complete an application, clearly stating on it that you are interested in a special needs or senior dog.  However, please be aware that, unfortunately, there are some locations we simply cannot cover because we do not have sufficient representation in those areas to perform the required home visits prior to the adoption, or follow-up visits afterward. If that is the case, we will be happy to refer you to a local rescue or shelter.

GRRSWF has a wait list for young dogs, so it is recommended to do an application and become approved before you see a dog you are interested in. We contact approved applicants as dogs come into rescue.
