UPDATE:  We are THRILLED to report that Fenway has gained a much-needed 12 pounds, and a newly-refurbished (pardon the pun) coat! He is doing very well, thanks to his loving foster mom! As Fenway himself, says, " Hey everybody! I am having a wicked good time at Camp Cottrill. We've been doing some swimming and hiking. I also get to hang out in the barn with Mom and this really neat big white dog named Stella. Cool beans! I don't feel hungry all the time anymore and I'm not itching constantly. Thanks for rescuing me and sending me to camp!  Love, Fenway"  AWWWWW!

Fenway 702 came to us from owners who were unable to attend to his medical needs, causing him to be underweight and to suffer from skin issues. This boy is 7 years old, neutered, and excellent with dogs, cats and children. He is a classic velcro golden and has never met a stranger. Fenway LOVES to swim, go for long walks, ride in the car and play bitey face with his foster sisters. He is smart, has nice manners and is quick to learn. He enjoys obedience work and is eager to please.  Once his coat regrows and he reaches his full weight, he will be a big boy. He is energetic, but good in the house except for occasional counter surfing. Fenway would like a home with a fenced yard, another golden and a swimming pool. His foster parents are very fond of him and will be ultra picky about his forever home.
